Calendula has traditionally been used to treat skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis. Calendula has been found to contain antibacterial and antifungal properties that help to balance the skin's microbiome. In clinical practice calendula has been shown to be effective in reducing skin inflammation and improving wound healing.
Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia)
Vanilla’s sweet flavour balances the rich, full-flavoured spice of this Balance brew. Traditionally used to improve sex drive, reduce anxiety and soothe the gastrointestinal tract.
